Summary
WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Full-Time Early Career Construction Management to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves participating in construction management projects and supporting the PMCM Team to meet client objectives.
About the Role
As an Early Career Construction Management professional, you will complete training on assigned tasks, exercise ethical decision-making, manage construction project documentation, assist with field work, review schedules, and ensure compliance with contract documents. You will also perform office engineer duties, read and interpret construction drawings, and consult with the Resident Engineer on project progress and issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant post-education experience.
- Prior internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products.
- Valid Washington Driver's license.
- Ability to work in the United States immediately.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and compliance with health and safety policies.
Preferred:
- Experience with Office Engineering duties on large construction projects.
- Experience with Labor Compliance and verification of Certified Payrolls.
- E.I.T. Preferred.
- Experience with e-builder preferred.
