About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 0 to 1 years of relevant post-education experience.
- Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with civil construction laws, codes, and regulations.
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient self-leadership with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with technical writing and office software.
Preferred:
- Degree with focus on Highway/Transportation Engineering.
- Engineer in Training Certification.
- Familiarity with design software like MicroStation and ArcGIS.
- Prior internship related to the degree of study.
- Active participation in local professional practice organizations.
