About the Role
As an Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing day-to-day operational activities in the classroom. You will implement educational curriculum, maintain communication with parents, ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations, and foster a healthy classroom environment.
Minimum of 1 year of professional childcare experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
High energy and ability to work well with others.
A strong understanding of child development.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
