About the Role
As an Early Childhood Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring quality outcomes through collaboration with agency staff and external stakeholders. You will manage a small team of clinical staff, maintain a caseload, and support the professional development of your team while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in mental health related fields such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
At least 3 years of experience in early childhood and infant mental health in a clinical setting.
1 year of supervisory experience in managing behavioral health services.
IMH-E Level II endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Previous experience using an electronic medical records system.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Certification in MichiCANS and PECFAS within 30 days of hire.
Experience in Evidence-Based Practices.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
