As an Early Childhood Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring quality outcomes through collaboration with agency staff and external stakeholders. You will manage a small team of clinical staff, maintain a caseload, and support the professional development of your team while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in mental health related fields such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood and infant mental health in a clinical setting.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in managing behavioral health services.
- IMH-E Level II endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience using an electronic medical records system.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Certification in MichiCANS and PECFAS within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in Evidence-Based Practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
