About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS), you will develop service relationships with clients to help them gain insight into their emotional and behavioral health. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client symptoms, coordinating community resources, providing crisis intervention, and facilitating appointments to ensure overall well-being. You will also participate in clinical meetings, maintain client documentation, and promote an inclusive work environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of relevant experience in mental health or related fields.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field with 1 year of mental health experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, LSW/LPC preferred.
