About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Educator Team Leads to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and inviting environment, utilizing the HighScope Curriculum, and fostering strong relationships with families. You will be expected to demonstrate Brynmor's mission and values, ensuring compliance with all regulations while innovating to enhance the quality of early childhood education.
About You
Required:
- Minimum high school diploma with Child Development Associate (CDA).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and carry young children.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Experience in working in a NAEYC Accredited early education program.
- Familiarity with HighScope curriculum and COR Advantage Assessment.
- Fluency in multiple languages.

Brynmor’s first center will open in Lorton, VA in September of 2023 at the newly redeveloped Liberty Market, and will serve children ages six weeks through five years with high-quality early childhood education & preschool.
