About the Role
As an Early Childhood Full Time Lead Regional Substitute Teacher, you will assist lead teachers in implementing inquiry-based curriculum, cultivate a nurturing learning environment, enforce classroom rules, and maintain open communication with families. You will also be responsible for scheduling with the Area Manager and attending training opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Meets or exceeds minimum qualifications for employment as an Early Childhood Lead Teacher in Colorado, including training, experience, and background check requirements.
- Experience as a lead teacher at a large child care center in Colorado.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for working with young children, families, and co-teachers.
Preferred:
- Ability to be flexible in which school you work.
- Experience, training, and/or knowledge of Reggio Emilia educational practices.
- A special talent, skill, or hobby that can be shared with children and fellow teachers.
