About the Role
As a Part-time Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing curriculum activities, managing classroom materials, maintaining communication with parents, and encouraging self-help and hygiene among children. You will work under the direction of the Lead Teacher to ensure a smooth transition for children from home to the childcare center.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of SC licensed child care program experience.
- ECD 101 certificate.
- High energy and ability to work well with others.
- Understanding of child development.
- Must clear full background check and pass health screening.
Preferred:
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- 1 year or more of experience working in a licensed child care center.
- CDA and additional Early Care and Education coursework or degrees.
