About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher's Aide, you will assist in planning and implementing classroom activities, foster a safe and inclusive environment, provide one-on-one support to students, communicate observations to teachers, supervise students during transitions, and participate in professional development. You will also help maintain records and assist with family engagement activities.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the start date.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have one of the following: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or be enrolled in a program leading to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or commit to completing a CDA Credential within 12 months of hire.
Preferred:
- At least 1-year experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong work ethic and solutions-oriented mindset.
