About the Role
As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will integrate the High Scope Curriculum into daily practice, prepare the classroom environment for developmentally appropriate practices, plan and participate in family activity events, and support families as the primary teachers of their children. You will also attend training and professional development, ensure accurate completion of documentation, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
About You
Required:
- Current Infant/Toddler or Preschool CDA required.
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a closely related field with a minimum of 9 ECE credits.
Preferred:
- Work experience in early childhood preferred.
- Experience working with low-income families, childcare, health or education preferred.
