About the Role
As an Early Intervention Autism Specialist, you will be responsible for following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging children through play, movement, and hands-on activities. You will maintain a clean and safe therapy space and be part of a supportive team that celebrates progress and growth.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace throughout the day.
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare roles such as nanny, babysitter, or preschool teacher.
- Experience in mental health roles such as QMHP or behavioral health technician.
