About the Role
As an Early Intervention Autism Specialist, you will work hands-on with children aged 18 months to 8 years, applying ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, engaging children through play, and collaborating with a team to optimize treatment and safety.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare, mental health, or related fields.
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
