About the Role
As an Early Intervention BCBA, you will lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative environment, provide support to Behavior Technicians, develop individualized behavior plans, engage parents in training sessions, and maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making.
About You
Required:
- BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA therapy and working with children.
Preferred:
- Experience in early intervention settings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Benefits
- Base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus bonus opportunities averaging $1,000/month.
