About the Role
As an Early Learning Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and directing developmentally appropriate classroom activities, assisting in the training of Assistant Teachers, and maintaining positive communication with parents. You will also be expected to stay updated on child development principles and encourage children's involvement in activities.
About You
Required:
- A Child Development Associate Certificate or an Associate's degree with 12 or more Early Childhood credits or a Bachelor's Degree from a college or university.
- At least 1 year of Early Childhood Teaching experience.
- Copies of educational transcripts on or before hire date.
- Three written letters of reference.
- Written verification of a satisfactory medical exam.
Preferred:
- Personal qualities such as being patient, supportive, respectful, trustworthy, and a good listener.
- Strong desire to continually learn and strong oral and written communication skills.
