Your tasks will include creating training programs for analysts, monitoring program performance, managing the summer intern program, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. You will also collaborate with various teams to align on strategic priorities and keep abreast of market trends.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of campus experience, recruiting, or relevant HR experience.
- B.S. / B.A. degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to partner with Inclusion & Diversity and Professional Development leadership.
