About the Role
As an Experienced Router/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for creating and adjusting work orders, maintaining the customer database, providing timely updates on field actions, managing the scheduling calendar, and communicating effectively with management regarding customer concerns. You will also identify and expedite emergencies, perform callbacks for service schedules, and provide assistance to customers while routing and monitoring work orders to technicians.
