About the Role
As an Echo / Vascular Sonographer I, you will demonstrate competency in routine noninvasive and invasive cardiology and vascular ultrasound diagnostics. You will work closely with cardiologists, perform diagnostic exams, assess patient conditions, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. The position requires effective communication with healthcare team members and participation in supervising student sonographers.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of sonography.
- Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in performing echocardiology and vascular sonography exams.
- Ability to demonstrate competency in at least three specific echocardiology or vascular exams within six months of hire.
