About the Role
As an Ecotoxicology Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for following standard operating procedures, documenting laboratory activities, and ensuring accurate water quality measurements. You will work in a controlled laboratory environment equipped for continuous flow or renewal testing of aquatic organisms.
About You
Required:
- AA degree (BS preferred) or HS diploma or GED and two years of related experience.
- General knowledge of biological/chemical laboratory procedures and practices.
- Practical experience working with live organisms.
- Ability to work well with others on common goals and projects.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform laboratory manipulations and water quality measurements with attention to timeliness, accuracy, and detail.
