About the Role

As an ED Team Coordinator 1, you will be responsible for clerical duties, order and data entry using multiple computer systems, and serving as a front-line ambassador for customer service. You will maintain a professional demeanor while working closely with the ED team to expedite patient care and ensure high-quality service in a family-oriented hospital setting.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training or Experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred:

Previous experience as a Unit Secretary/Adm Partner.
Completion of a medical terminology course or previous experience in admitting/emergency or physician office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, peer respect, critical thinking skills, self-motivated, customer service skills and/or orientation.
Exhibits flexibility in scheduling to adapt to special circumstances and ability to multitask.
