About the Role

As Editor in Chief, you will drive and evolve Stand Together's editorial strategy, create messaging guides, and produce multi-format content tailored to various audiences. You will lead a team that integrates AI tools to enhance editorial workflows and collaborate with other departments to align strategy and storytelling. Your responsibilities include mentoring the editorial team, optimizing content performance, and developing centralized knowledge systems.

About You

Required:

15+ years leading editorial teams in high-level journalism or globally recognized brands.
10+ years managing large, diverse teams.
Exceptional editing, writing, coaching, and storytelling skills.

Preferred:

Experience introducing and scaling new AI tools within content or editorial environments.
Strong ability to work across communications, marketing, digital, policy, and legal teams.
