About the Role
As an Editorial Assistant, you will assist in the daily publishing process, including formatting posts, updating content for accuracy and SEO, and managing various editorial tasks. You will work independently on multiple responsibilities while ensuring high-quality content that meets deadlines. The role requires adaptability to changing priorities and a collaborative approach to support the editorial team.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting editorial or digital content teams in an assistant or production role.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting (including light HTML).
- Familiarity with basic SEO practices.
- 1+ years supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills.
- High level of comfort with learning and adapting to new systems, workflows, and tools.
- An open mind around the implementation of AI in your personal workflow and in content creation.
Benefits
- Base salary of $35,000 to $55,000 per year.
