About the Role
As an Education Coach, you will be responsible for conducting classroom observations, providing ongoing support to teaching staff, and assisting in creating an environment conducive to children's development. You will conduct reflective practices, offer feedback, and develop individual coaching plans based on observations. Additionally, you will prepare reports to track outcomes and collaborate with the Director of Excellence Quality and Innovation to implement educational plans that align with various standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Experience working in diverse communities.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently as well as in a team.
