About the Role
As an Education Coordinator, you will develop and implement a 6-week curriculum focused on skill development and self-discovery for young adults. You will mentor youth, maintain attendance records, and host instructional sessions via Zoom or Google Classroom. Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with DYCD guidelines and collaborating with coworkers to create effective learning environments.
About You
Required:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the youth development field and/or work readiness.
- Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience with work readiness curriculum.
- Experience or knowledge working with ZOOM and Google Classroom.
