About the Role
As an Educational Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate curriculum in home-based Family Child Care programs, providing enhanced home visits, on-site training for childcare providers, coaching on developmental assessments, and maintaining documentation of child development experiences. You will also assist in family recruitment and provide technical support to childcare providers.
About You
Required:
- BA in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Knowledge of child development from birth to three years old.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- At least one year of classroom experience and/or curriculum development for infants and toddlers.
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
