About the Role
As an EEC Certified Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for caring for infants aged 8 weeks to 15 months, managing feeding, diapering, and nap schedules, and documenting their development. You will collaborate with co-teachers and maintain open communication with families, all while working in a state-of-the-art facility that values your expertise.
About You
Required:
- Current Massachusetts Department of Early Education & Care (EEC) Infant/Toddler Teacher certification or proof of a submitted application in progress.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching in a licensed infant classroom setting.
- Completion of Strong Start 2.0 for Center-Based Childcare.
- Proven ability to manage multiple infant schedules using digital apps.
- Ability to safely lift and transfer infants (up to 50 lbs.) and supervise by sight and sound.
Preferred:
- Flexibility to work various 9-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Moderate to complete fluency in English for effective communication.
