Summary

About the Role
As an EEO Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I in the DMHC's Equal Employment Office and Wellness Office. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing complex information to identify program needs, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and implementing innovative approaches to employee health and wellness management. You will also develop policies and maintain the Department's intranet related to these activities.
About You
Required:
- Experience conducting investigations and analyzing complaints.
- Ability to interpret and apply State of California statutes, regulations, and policies.
Preferred:
- Three years of experience in EEO and wellness program management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with intranet and public website updates.
