About the Role
As an EHR Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions in person, virtually, or through recorded formats. Your duties will include preparing training environments, creating and updating training materials, providing user assistance, and supporting EHR implementations. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving help desk issues, and contribute to process improvements within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Previous certifications, training or super user experience in athenaOne.
- At least 2 years clinical experience in a health care setting.
- Knowledge of current trends in health information technology, including HITECH act and HIPAA security rules.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of electronic health records principles; implementation or upgrade support.
- Familiarity with clinical data and financial reporting.
