- High school diploma and completion of Paraprofessional competency training OR
- Two years of post-secondary education (48 college credits) OR
- Associates or higher.
- Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting.

Incorporated in 1999 as a non-profit, CCRES is an industry leader in educational and behavioral health services. CCRES specializes in educational and behavioral health staffing in schools, homes, and community settings through our strategic partnerships. We also offer grants and scholarships to benefit the individuals and communities in which we provide services and beyond. CCRES provides services for children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including autism, behavioral mental health conditions and physical disabilities. We provide these services in partnership with school districts and the Chester Intermediate Unit, in Berks, Chester, Cumberland, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Perry and York counties.
