About the Role
As the ELDS Warehouse Team Leader, you will provide ongoing feedback to management, support staffing adjustments, reinforce team focus on production targets, assist with resource allocation, and serve as the shift leader to resolve technical, quality, and logistical issues.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
- Forklift operation required, including readiness to complete training on various forklift types.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of 5S – sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain.
- Basic computer skills to look up parts.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Basic communication skills.
