Summary
Integra is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves developing and managing the design of electrical infrastructure for complex data centers.
About the Role
As a Data Center Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead and manage electrical design projects for hyper-scale data centers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and review design plans, conduct site visits, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
About You
Required:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in Texas, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states as needed.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical design for data centers, preferably for hyper-scale customers.
- Proven experience leading electrical teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Willingness to travel to construction sites across the United States.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center design.
- Experience with electrical design software and tools, ETAP a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
