About the Role
As an Electrical Engineering Co-op, you will be responsible for ensuring safety procedures are followed, assisting in daily production support activities, creating and modifying design drawings, and supporting various technical projects. You will also assist with vessel surveys, sea trial preparations, and documentation coordination.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office and 2D CAD systems, such as AutoCAD.
Preferred:
- College major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with 3D modeling software, such as Tribon or Aveva Marine.
- Knowledge of ship design and modern shipbuilding practices.
