About the Role
As an Electrical Production Technician, you will perform electrical wiring, conduct testing, troubleshoot production equipment, and assist with mechanical tasks. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient production of high-performance components and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
About You
Required:
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, or industrial technician roles.
- Strong electrical background including wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience performing HiPot testing or other high-voltage electrical tests.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial tools and equipment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Forklift and scissor lift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Technical diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent experience.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
