About the Role
As the Electrical Systems Studies Discipline Director, you will support the Electrical System Studies program, provide guidance on system study services, oversee engineering deliverables, and assist with business development efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality requirements while driving growth and improvement within the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in related electrical system studies.
- Experience delivering multiple engineering system studies projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with power systems software such as PSS E, PSCAD, CYME, ETAP, or SKM.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and produce high-quality work.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License (PE).
- Experience with advanced technical studies such as steady-state power flow analysis and dynamic power flow analysis.
- Experience working with Independent System Operators.
