About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for harness fabrication and assembly, wiring and integration of electrical components, interpreting blueprints and schematics, testing and troubleshooting harness integrity, ensuring quality control and compliance with aerospace standards, and collaborating with engineers and other technicians.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring, or related field.
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of cable routing, strain relief, and aerospace/automotive wiring standards.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as wire strippers, heat shrink tubing, and torque wrenches.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in aerospace, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or similar.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, continuity testers, etc.).
- Ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a dynamic R&D environment.
