About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will promote a strong safety culture, install and maintain electrical power distribution and control systems, perform preventive maintenance on various equipment, diagnose system failures, and document work in the computerized maintenance management system. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of hands-on electrical and instrumentation manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and repairing process equipment
- Ability to work under challenging conditions including heavy lifting and confined spaces
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and call-outs
Preferred:
- Completed electrical apprenticeship or technical certification in electrical, instrumentation, or automation technology
- Advanced knowledge of industrial control and power distribution systems
