- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 15+ years of experience in EW program management, systems engineering, or related roles within a DoD contracting environment
- In-depth knowledge of EW mission areas, including Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Protection (EP), and Electronic Support (ES) systems
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, EW functional requirements, and associated test strategies
- Proven ability to make risk-based decisions in schedule-driven and test-intensive environments
- Experience managing program budgets, financial forecasts, and cost performance
- Demonstrated success leading and evaluating cross-functional teams of 15 or more personnel
- Working knowledge of DoD and federal acquisition regulations, procurement policies, and contracting processes
- Proficiency in developing technical reports, executive briefings, and contractual deliverables
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 20+ years of experience managing Airborne Electronic Attack and/or Spectrum Management programs or projects
- Prior experience managing U.S. Navy contracts or directly supporting Navy customers
- Familiarity with U.S. military manned aircraft platforms
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary EW teams in military or operational environments
- Business development experience, including capture strategy, proposal development, and technical volume authorship
- Familiarity with CMMI and other process improvement frameworks
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools, root cause analysis, and Design of Experiments (DoE)
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
