Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mid Electronics Engineer to join their team in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves designing and developing operator interface modules, controls architecture, and other electronic components for control equipment.
About the Role
As a Mid Electronics Engineer, you will leverage your engineering skills to transform S&T projects into system prototypes. Your responsibilities will include designing, testing, and analyzing electronic equipment, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to innovative solutions for the Department of Defense. You will also engage in research and development, prototype development, and deployment sustainment support.
About You
Required:
3+ years of experience in software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Experience with programming languages such as Python and C or C++, and with embedded systems.
Experience with low-level development, including interrupt handlers, device drivers, and controlling peripherals.
Experience with digital and analog control systems, power electronics, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) techniques.
Secret clearance.
Preferred:
5+ years of experience working across diverse computer architecture and operating systems.
Experience with signal generation, high powered RF systems, and signal processing.
Experience with high power microwave or radio frequency testing and evaluation.
