About the Role
As an Electronics Project Engineer IV, you will be responsible for managing multiple THAAD Seeker Hardware Development efforts, ensuring that project scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met. Key activities include developing project execution plans, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and subcontractors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Experience with high-reliability electronics development and qualification.
- Previous or current technical or programmatic leadership experience.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required.
Preferred:
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through engineering challenges.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to peers and leadership.
- Experience working with external vendors and diverse internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with aeronautical, missile, launch vehicle, or spacecraft systems.
- Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware including design, integration, test, and transition to production.
