About You
- Eight (8) years of practical experience in electronics repair, maintenance, and checkout.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience and knowledge of shop practices.
- Three (3) years of practical experience in electronics repair and installation.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Formal electronics training from a Technical School, military school, or a four (4) year electronics apprentice program.
- Ability to obtain a current passport.
- Active security clearance.
- Knowledge and experience with reading and editing electronic and cabling schematic drawings, RF cable and connector installation, surge protection, and basic metal and cable fabrication.
- Experience with hand and power tool operation and heavy equipment operation.
