About the Role
As an Elementary Elective Teacher, you will be responsible for creating year-long unit plans and lesson plans based on Oklahoma standards. You will use assessment data to enhance student performance and collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of academic rigor. Your role includes maintaining relationships with students and families, participating in school events, and fulfilling supervisory duties.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate with required certification for subject and level assigned.
Demonstrated knowledge of core subject area assigned.
Preferred:
Experience working with educationally underserved communities.
Strong desire to teach an academically intense curriculum.
