About the Role
As an Eligibility Evaluator, you will be responsible for completing CANS and Individual Behavioral Health Assessments, maintaining communication with the Clinical Director, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. You will also participate in supervision for ongoing development and quality improvement, and manage the timely submission of assessment results.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree required and active, unencumbered license (LPC or LCSW) to practice Mental Health in the state of Louisiana.
- Maintain active CANS Certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Ability to learn and become proficient with The Clinical Manager (TCM) database and other required databases.
- Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
