About the Role
About You
- 2–4 years in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows & macOS, computer hardware, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with at least one Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform (Intune, JAMF, NinjaOne, Datto, etc.).
- Working grasp of basic cybersecurity principles (least privilege, secure configurations, CIS controls).
- Ability to create or modify simple Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills to translate tech jargon into plain English for non-technical teammates.
- Experience building data pipelines with Python & SQL (Fivetran, BigQuery, GCP).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Google IT Support, Azure Administrator.
