About the Role
As an Email & Content Marketing Specialist, you will manage email campaigns and lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, oversee audience segmentation, maintain database health, and write compelling marketing copy. You will collaborate with the digital marketing team and external partners to ensure all communications align with Velocity's brand voice and marketing strategy.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated experience building and managing email campaigns in HubSpot including segmentation, automation workflows, and performance reporting.
- Strong marketing copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Understanding of email segmentation, list management, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics and optimize performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within a collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience writing marketing copy for digital campaigns, websites, and blogs.
- Experience in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or enthusiast-driven industries.
