About the Role

As an Email & SMS Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value. Your responsibilities will include managing a campaign calendar, designing lifecycle marketing programs, overseeing platform migrations, optimizing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

About You

Required:

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and SMS campaigns.
Proficiency in lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, with experience in platform migrations preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to evaluate campaign performance.

Preferred:

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through well-executed lifecycle marketing strategies.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with paid social and Google Ads as part of broader digital marketing efforts.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with design and copywriting teams.
Passion for marketing and ecommerce, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
