About the Role
As an Email Content Designer, you will lead the optimization and expansion of a critical B2C lifecycle email program. Your responsibilities include enhancing email components, developing an experimentation roadmap, improving re-engagement efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and quality. You will also create governance frameworks and playbooks for email distribution, directly impacting user engagement and product success.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated experience leading B2C lifecycle email strategies in a high-scale environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content judgment with a strong portfolio of conversion-focused email campaigns.
- Proficiency in lifecycle fundamentals, including mapping stages and designing behavior-based segmentation.
- Strong optimization mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Ability to operate independently and drive execution with minimal oversight.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with email deliverability basics and health metrics.
- Proficiency in Figma for content structure and module design.
Preferred:
- Experience owning governance frameworks and playbooks for scaled messaging programs.
- Familiarity with incremental measurement approaches like holdouts and lift analysis.
- Experience with consumer hardware ecosystems and multi-device communication patterns.
- Knowledge of accessibility and localization best practices for email content.
- Understanding of how to translate product requirements into effective testing strategies.
