Summary
Saika Technologies Inc is seeking an Embedded AI Engineer to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves developing reference implementations and providing technical leadership for customer applications on Quadric's platform.
About the Role
As an Embedded AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing demos and benchmarks using Quadric's SDK, providing technical support to field application engineers, designing optimization strategies, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will also create technical documentation, deliver training, and troubleshoot complex system-level issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master's in computer science and/or Electronics Engineering field.
- Minimum 10+ years experience working with customers/business development supporting SDKs.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Linux or Unix based operating systems.
- Experience with at least one of the following neural network / machine learning frameworks: PyTorch, Tensorflow, Tensorflow-Lite.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of software perception systems, and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience describing, building, running and deploying Docker containers.
- Experience quantizing, running and debugging neural networks with PyTorch/ONNX runtime.
- Experience supporting parallel C / C++ languages (CUDA, OpenVX, NEON, etc.).
- Solid understanding of intermediate git concepts such as branching, rebasing, merge conflict resolution.
