You will also be responsible for entering call information into computer systems and maintaining communication with law enforcement and public safety personnel.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of customer service and computer experience.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Must pass a thorough background investigation.
Preferred:
- Valid Arizona State Driver’s License.
- Additional technical training and certifications may be required.
