About the Role

As an Emergency Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the needs of rural communities. Your daily tasks will include recruitment and training of staff, mentoring new employees, assessing client needs, and maintaining relationships with community partners. You will also manage resources, track donations, and participate in meetings to stay updated on program changes.
