About the Role
As an Employee Benefits Account Coordinator, you will assist Account Managers with renewals, prepare marketing materials and presentations for clients, support open enrollment activities, manage post-enrollment selection processing, and assist with compliance-related tasks such as 5500 filings. You will collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in a hybrid work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a brokerage or in-house benefits administration setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Life & Health (L&H) license or at least Health license.
- Proficiency in AMS 360, Ease, Employee Navigator, ADP, and Paylocity.
- Familiarity with large group accounts (50-5,000 lives), including level-funded and self-funded clients.
