Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their growing team in Seattle, WA. The role involves providing client support for Employee Benefits clients and production staff.

About the Role

As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will be responsible for direct customer service support for Employee Benefits clients, preparing new business and renewal bid specifications, performing marketing functions, and coordinating open enrollment and stewardship meetings. You will also assist clients with applications, prepare summaries of benefits, and resolve policy-related concerns while ensuring compliance with quality control practices.

About You

Required:

Current Washington State Insurance License and appropriate Non-Resident Licenses.
Minimum 10 years of recent agency experience handling the service of a large multi-line book of business.
Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and quality control.

Preferred:

Thorough understanding of all funding options, e.g., fully insured, self-insured.
Ability to analyze and compare benefit plan designs for all lines of coverage.
Desire for professional growth within the insurance industry.
